All of our managers has previously worked in companies involved in logistics and transport, holding managerial responsibilities with experience of at least 15 years.
Gabriel Úrculo is a Naval Architect (Madrid, 1979) and holds a Masters in Transport from the Maritime Spanish Institute (Madrid, 1986). He also holds an MBA from the Manchester Business School - E.O.I. (1989).
Gabriel has more than 30 years experience in the supply chain and logistics sector, where he has worked for several companies like Técnicas Reunidas, Suardíaz Shipping, Trasatlántica Shipping and Compagnie d'Affrettement et Transport (C.A.T.).
Since 1990 he has held senior management positions including, amongst others, Managing Director and CEO positions at Aitena L&T, Transerra, Deutsche Post's Spanish subsidiary (Ducros Services Rapides) and TG+ Transcamer Gómez, today integrated in TNT (the third top player in the Spanish express parcel sector in 2004).
He has participated as a lecturer at the Institute ICADE - IME and in several other industry forums. He is also a frequent contributor to the supply chain & logistics press.

Bruno Pintó graduated in Economics and Business Administration at Universidad Complutense (Madrid, 1994).
Since then, he has developed his professional career in Madrid (Deloitte Consulting, Logística Suardiaz and Kühne + Nagel), London (Repsol Exploration UK), Bogota (Prepac Colombiana) and Panama (Grupo Alcoholes del Istmo), always involved with logistics and international transport.
Bruno speaks Spanish and English.
Luis Afan de Ribera graduated in Marketing and Business Administration at the College of Marketing and Commercial Management. He holds an MBA in Business Administration from the ESEM Management College, and a Finance and Accounting course at the Manchester Business School
In 1987 he began his professional career in the British group TDG, where he held several positions in UK and France. After that he was responsible for TDG's expansion in the Iberian Peninsula. In Spain he held the position of Managing Director for 3 years.
In 1997 he left the group to focus on the retail furniture market and he is currently the main shareholder and Managing Director of one of the best known décor firms in Spain.
Luis speaks Spanish, English and French.
Mark Fancett is a strategy and corporate development professional with over 15 years experience in the transport and 3PL.
With a degree in geography (BA Hons) from Durham University and a MBA from Cass Business School in London, Mark has held senior positions with Hays, Unipart Logistics, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and most recently with TDG, where he was Group Corporate Development Director.
Mark has experience in M&A for both small and large scale corporate transactions, business unit strategic planning and group corporate strategy development.
He has a broad business international experience in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Mark speaks English.

Karl Thiriez graduated in 1984. He then got a Diploma in Marketing Techniques at the University of Lille (1987).
Over his professional career he has headed the real estate divisions of various companies: Sommer-Allibert, Phildar, Promod, Ubika and Grupo Cortefiel, and responsible for new rollouts in different countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Brazil, Argentina and Mexico.
Karl speaks French, Spanish and English.

Joaquim Lebre graduated in Accounting and Business Administration at the Lisbon Institute of Accounting and Business Administration.
With 20 years' experience in the logistic and transport sector he was CFO of the Pinto Basto Group and Managing Director of Pinto Basto Transport and Distribution.
He has taken part in the mergers of several Portuguese transport companies.
Since 2001 he is Managing Director of JLebre Transitario Lda, a firm that works with major international groups in the logistics and transport sector.
Joaquim speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English.

He has gained practical experience as an intern in medium-sized and major industrial enterprises.
In doing so he was focussing on Germany (AMG-Pesch Gmbh & Co. KG), South America (Siemens Argentina) and Spain (Bollfilter Spain). His activities were always focused on technique and management.

Idalina de Oliveira has a high educational and brasilian literature training, area in which she worked for 15 years.
In 1999 she established her own business Grupo Forma where she is currently Managing Director, a recruitment firm for logistic companies offering services such as cargo handling, management of promotional campaigns, picking and supply of machinery to carry out logistics activities.
Idalina speaks Portuguese and English.

Gonzalo Úrculo Álvarez-Ossorio graduated in Economics at the Complutense University of Madrid.
He holds a course in “Business & Analysis Evaluation” at the London School of Economics and a seminar of International and Sustainable Economy at the TU Berlin University. At the moment he is running an e-commerce business B2C.
